If you haven’t got access to your policy, we recommend contacting your broker who will be able to help you with your claim.

Our claims philosophy

Claims handling is the single most important aspect of an insurer’s service. 

In its basic form insurance is a promise to make a payment to, or on behalf of, an insured if a covered event occurs. It is the ultimate test of an otherwise intangible product and rightly referred to as the shop window of an underwriting business.
