What is it like to work with Pen day-to-day?

You are in control of the running of your business, so it’s all about giving you the consistent support you need to do this:

• We will share our data and performance figures, but we will also we will provide feedback on your data to find areas to help you grow and push your business forwards.

• We will put in place a regular schedule of meetings and support, and on top of that we can maintain as much contact as you need.

• Most importantly, we are always available to answer queries, we commit to a 24-hour response but if you need us to get back to you more quickly, we will.
