1.Can you share a success story where your team's expertise saved the day?
A broker contacted me; their client needed professional indemnity cover. The broker sent their presentation, which I looked over and agreed was within our appetite. We managed to get this case on cover with Manchester Underwriting Management, and the Pen professional indemnity team delivered an excess layer. It was a big premium, so I was happy to find a solution for our broker.

2. In one sentence, what sets Pen Underwriting's TAM team apart from the rest in the industry?
We are a friendly, approachable team who will go out of our way to help brokers with their risks.

3. What’s your claim to fame?
My claim to fame is that I met John Terry and Joe Cole at Stamford Bridge after watching them play.

4. If you had a superpower what would it be?
I think it would have to be the ability to slow down time, so that I can get all the jobs done that I need to do.

5. If you didn’t work in insurance, what would you be doing?
I love animals so it would have to be a job involving working with them.
