1 . Can you share a success story where your team's expertise saved the day?

Delivering the many last-minute requests from Nick Wright the week before BIBA! Including finding a graffiti artist, a Pen branded t shirt for the artist, envelopes with Pen labels for the graffiti art (there are probably more!). All designed, produced and delivered to Manchester in a few days = happy Nick!

2. In one sentence, what sets your team apart from the rest in the industry?

We creatively deliver business focused, effective marketing and measure the results. Not every marketing team does all these things.

3. What’s your claim to fame?

Back in the 90s, I went to a party in Paris and met Robbie Williams and most of Boyzone.

4. If you had a superpower what would it be?

To speak every language in the world. I stole that idea off Amelia Dimoldenberg, from her Chicken Shop Date with Jennifer Lawrence.

5. If you didn’t work in insurance, what would you be doing?

I sometimes make birthday or wedding cakes for my friends and family. Though charging people would create a new level of pressure to deliver perfection!
